The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description

As a WGU Coaching Facilitator, you will help learners grow their coaching skills through dynamic, ICF‑accredited training and expert facilitation. This role supports professional development across the organization and ensures participants gain the knowledge and practice needed to pursue their ICF ACC credential. You will guide group learning, provide thoughtful mentor coaching, and use data to inform continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate evidence-based curriculum and group discussions aligned to ICF core competencies.
  • Provide high-quality mentor coaching and feedback in both group and 1:1 settings to support participants pursuing the ACC credential.
  • Collaborate with leaders, team members, and stakeholders across the organization to align training with needs and outcomes.
  • Consult with leadership on atypical learning situations and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Use data to identify training gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Promote the use of People Development tools, resources, and services.
  • Maintain up-to-date, high-quality development materials and ensure an effective learning flow.

What You’ll Bring

  • PCC or MCC ICF coaching certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, human resources, or a related field.
  • Expertise in delivering content on ICF competencies, evidence-based coaching practices, and related adult-learning concepts.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more: emotional intelligence, growth mindset, soft skills, communication theory, adult learning theory, goal setting, leadership development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strength in building relationships and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills and proficiency with LMS systems, MS Office, SharePoint, and virtual learning tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and innovate to improve learning outcomes.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in higher education.
  • Prior experience facilitating ICF-accredited group coaching training.
  • PCC Marker Training.
  • Experience with course authoring, curriculum design, or learning-effectiveness measurement.
