Education / Experience
- Master's in education, educational leadership, business administration, or a related field (required)
- Minimum five (5) years of online higher education management or operations experience, with a focus on faculty support, scheduling, and development (required)
- Minimum three (3) years of online teaching experience (required)
- Strong understanding of technology and LMS platforms
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a proprietary online higher education environment (preferred)
Skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software
- Knowledge of higher education accreditation standards and compliance requirements, especially as it relates to online education
Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex operational issues

Work Environment
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.

- Variable; This position is eligible for a remote, hybrid and/or onsite work location to meet business needs. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures. Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must meet minimum technical standards for eligibility and participation.
