About the Role
Responsible for managing and retaining partnership relationships while identifying, prospecting, and launching new business opportunities to grow the account base and drive student enrollment. Oversees account relationships for assigned territories and verticals, with a focus on increasing first time students. Operates with a high level of independence in a remote environment while consistently following established outreach, engagement and CRM processes. Builds and manages a robust student prospect pipeline through inquiry generating events and partner engagement, with clear accountability for monthly performance in areas such as events, qualified leads, partner reactivations, and new partnership agreements. Supports UMass Global’s mission to empower working adults through flexible, affordable, applied education by collaborating with external organizations to expand access and deepen program awareness and participation.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Electronic Devices and Software: Proficiency using webinar software programs, Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams; Salesforce, reporting platforms such as Tableau, various Social Media platforms, project management software, SharePoint, and other self-service software programs.

Remote work from Central or Southern California only. Incumbent must be located in Central or Southern California, preferably not in LA or Orange Counties.
Unless otherwise indicated, work hours are based on Pacific Time (PST). Employees must be available for collaboration during core hours from 10am to 3pm (PST).

The hiring salary range for this position is $72,000 - $89,000 per year. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
All applicants are subject to a background check and criminal history review. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. A valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel is required. This position is subject to a background check including a Motor Vehicle Report. Appropriate auto liability insurance coverage must be maintained. Requires 25% travel, including overnight travel, such as to meetings and conferences.
