MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree and valid Oklahoma certification required in subject area taught; meets Oklahoma State Department of Education and federal standards for a qualified teacher.
Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret written information; skill in writing required reports/correspondence; ability to effectively present information orally and respond to questions from others, work with mathematical concepts and apply to practical situations; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

ATTENDANCE STATEMENT:
Regular and reliable attendance is required. Employee must be able to meet attendance expectations of at least 95% for assigned responsibilities, consistent with district policy and contractual agreements.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Primarily inside working conditions; some exposure to environmental conditions during
outside duty.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, talk, and hear. The employee must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective devices. The employee must be able to respond quickly to ensure student safety, including running, intervening in student behavior situations, and assisting students as needed.
