The Operations Support Specialist provides critical administrative and technical support to the Executive Director and Operations Manager. This role is responsible for maintaining and managing key school operations, including student data uploads, record processing, compliance reporting, and attendance monitoring. This is a full-time position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 8am-5pm PST, with occasional travel to the office in Prineville, OR.
