Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year to support a school in North Branch, Minnesota. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services in an elementary school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support Students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP License
• Minnesota PELSB Educator License
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
