- Encourage teams to adopt a mindset of ongoing growth, adaptability, and performance optimization.
- Prioritize commitments with development teams while incorporating product feedback to maximize customer value.

- Partner with Product Management to align team execution with product vision and business goals.
- Effectively communicate work in progress, outcomes, and delivery status to stakeholders, accommodating and negotiating needs while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
- Act as the primary advocate for the Agile team, representing team needs, constraints, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Protect team focus by managing external demands and minimizing unnecessary disruptions.
- Identify and manage dependencies collaboratively across teams.
- Proactively coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize end-to-end delivery flow.
- Ensure alignment between team-level execution and broader program objectives.
- Rapidly identify, communicate, and escalate risks and impediments with appropriate urgency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute effective risk mitigation strategies through to resolution.
- Track and socialize team performance goals and metrics, including velocity and capacity.
- Analyze delivery metrics such as flow efficiency, cycle time, and throughput to identify systemic issues.
- Use data to inform planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Facilitate the creation, maintenance, and accountability of team ways of working.
- Maintain proper tool hygiene for team artifacts, including user stories, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Continuously improve team and departmental delivery practices.
- Develop a strong understanding of the team's technical work and systems to effectively guide delivery decisions and facilitate meaningful discussions.
- Act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders when necessary.

- Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance team productivity, decision-making, and delivery outcomes.
- Continuously explore and apply emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency, reduce manual overhead, and enable more data-informed insights across the team.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset by ensuring team decisions and priorities are consistently aligned to delivering meaningful customer value and solving real user problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., delivery manager, scrum master, project manager, product owner) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
