About Our Client:
Our client, a growing educational and professional development organization, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager (Instructor) to teach and mentor students on candidate sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and best practices in recruitment sourcing.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruitment sourcing professional or talent acquisition specialist who is passionate about teaching and sharing practical industry knowledge with aspiring recruiters and sourcing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on recruitment sourcing strategies and talent identification techniques.
- Teach students how to source candidates effectively across different industries and job functions.
- Guide students on building talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, social media, and networking platforms.
- Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world sourcing insights with students.
- Train students on candidate engagement, outreach messaging, and relationship-building strategies.
- Teach students how to identify passive candidates and develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
- Develop instructional materials, sourcing exercises, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Facilitate workshops, sourcing simulations, and live sourcing demonstrations.
- Mentor students on recruitment sourcing best practices, market research, and employer branding.
- Stay updated on sourcing trends, recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition innovations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4β5 years of practical experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment sourcing techniques and talent pipeline development.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, job boards, and social sourcing tools.
- Strong knowledge of candidate engagement and outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to teach sourcing concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering recruitment sourcing workshops, training programs, or mentoring sessions.
- Background in agency recruiting, corporate talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Familiarity with technical sourcing, diversity sourcing, or global recruitment strategies.
- Professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
