The Radiologic Technology Subject Matter Expert will work closely with editorial teams to design and refine digital content and assessments that align with existing textbook materials and support student learning outcomes. This position allows you to leverage your expertise to influence curriculum design, enhance exam preparation resources, and ensure content meets ARRT standards. Ideal candidates are experienced educators or professionals who are passionate about advancing the learning experience in radiologic technology programs.

Accountabilities

• Develop, curate, and edit digital educational content, including storyboards, chapter content, and assessments.
• Create assessment items such as multiple-choice, multiple-response, prioritization, and matching questions.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with program objectives.
• Support the integration of digital content with classroom materials and online learning platforms.
• Ensure content meets ARRT exam requirements and supports student success.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance throughout the content development process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology.
• Current or former instructor in a Radiologic Technology program.
• Strong knowledge of ARRT exam content and requirements.
• Experience in curriculum and assessment development, preferably for online courses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and online authoring systems.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
