The Lead, Partnership Management role is a key member of the School Assessment Extended Leadership Team, responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end experience for every state, district, school, educator, and administrator who partners with Pearson.

The organization brings together a unified Partner Experience function that enables partners to launch successfully, adopt solutions with confidence, and maximize the value of assessment to improve student outcomes.
This role serves as a strategic peer to Program Delivery Teams and will work closely with Product, Technology, Measurement & Learning, Delivery and Transformation, and leadership. The Lead, Partner Experience owns the overall partner experience strategy and advocates the voice of our partners in enterprise decision-making.
The role works in close partnership with the Partner Success Program Delivery teams. While Program Delivery is accountable for successful contractual execution and operational delivery of statewide and district assessment programs, Partner Experience ensures every partner experiences a seamless journey before, during, and after delivery. Together, these organizations create a single, coordinated experience that combines operational excellence with trusted partnership.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $150,000 - $165,000.
