Online English Tutor – Energetic, Engaging & Great with Kids! ($26/hr + Bonus)

Do you love working with kids and have a confident, engaging presence on camera?

Nao Now is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic mentors to teach English online to students ages 5–12 in South Korea. You’ll lead trial lessons — fun, 25-minute, 1-on-1 sessions designed to give new students a magical first experience with English. We’re looking for mentors who bring warmth, energy, and creativity to every call. Our interactive curriculum is fully built — your job is to bring it to life on screen and help each child feel excited to keep learning.

COMPENSATION:

• $26.00/hour (paid per completed 25-minute lesson)
  
• $10 bonus per student who enrolls after your trial lesson
  
• All lessons are pre-planned — no prep time required
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native English speaker
  
• Strong on-camera presence and enthusiasm
  
• Comfortable working with children
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching space
  
• Experience in teaching, coaching, tutoring, or public speaking is a plus — backgrounds in education, youth work, performing arts, or customer engagement are all welcome!
