As an Instructional Designer, you will create innovative and impactful learning experiences that empower employees across all levels of the organization. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that translate business needs into actionable learning solutions, promoting knowledge transfer and professional growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging modern learning technologies, and integrating company values and culture into all learning content. You will have the opportunity to shape the learning strategy, enhance employee development, and contribute directly to a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop comprehensive, outcomes-focused learning solutions that connect strategic business objectives to practical training experiences.

·         Design and deliver engaging content, courses, learning paths, and curricula using instructor-led, technology-based, and experiential learning methods.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify gaps, and translate them into effective instructional strategies.

·         Apply current research, learning theories, and instructional design best practices to ensure training effectiveness.

·         Integrate company branding, values, and culture into content, messaging, and delivery methods.

·         Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve learning programs to maximize impact and efficiency.

·         Support multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.

·         Bachelor’s degree required.

·         1+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong e-learning background.

·         1+ years of experience using Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) to create interactive learning content.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative tools is a plus.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

·         Detail-oriented and agile, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

·         Experience leveraging learning management systems (LMS); experience with Cornerstone On Demand is a plus.

·         Experience designing management and leadership development programs is desirable.
