This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and scale internal learning experiences within a fast-growing technology organization. You will work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to capture institutional knowledge and transform it into engaging, accessible training programs. Your work will directly impact employee onboarding, upskilling, and overall professional development, ensuring teams have the resources and frameworks needed to succeed. Accountabilities:
· Develop scalable learning content by translating subject matter expertise into training modules, guides, job aids, and e-learning materials.
· Support onboarding and upskilling by creating structured programs that accelerate employee competency and growth.
· Capture institutional knowledge by documenting workflows, processes, and best practices to preserve organizational expertise.
· Design blended learning experiences combining self-paced content, live sessions, and reusable toolkits for teams and managers.
· Establish templates and frameworks to standardize training design for long-term scalability.
· Measure impact and refine learning materials based on feedback, usage metrics, and evolving business needs.
· Collaborate with leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement in all content.
· 3+ years of experience designing and delivering internal training programs in corporate L&D, instructional design, or related fields.
· Strong ability to capture and simplify complex processes into clear, actionable learning content.
· Experience creating content across multiple formats: slide decks, videos, facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
· Excellent collaboration and interviewing skills, able to extract knowledge from SMEs and structure it into usable materials.
· Hands-on, practical approach: able to build quickly, iterate based on feedback, and deliver tangible outputs.
· Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or knowledge management platforms.
· Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
