Our client, a growing educational and technology organization, is seeking an experienced Influencer & Partnerships Marketing Instructor to teach and mentor students on influencer marketing strategies, partnership development, creator collaborations, and practical approaches to becoming successful Influencer & Partnerships Marketing professionals.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing real-world industry knowledge with aspiring digital marketers, brand strategists, and partnership managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on influencer marketing, partnership development, and brand collaboration strategies.
- Teach students how to identify, approach, and manage influencers, creators, affiliates, and strategic brand partners.
- Guide students on campaign planning, influencer outreach, negotiation, and partnership management techniques.
- Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world insights from influencer and partnership marketing campaigns.
- Teach students how to build brand awareness, audience engagement, and online community growth through collaborations.
- Train students on social media campaign execution across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop instructional materials, presentations, practical assignments, and campaign simulations.
- Facilitate workshops, live demonstrations, and interactive marketing exercises.
- Mentor students on personal branding, networking, communication, and digital relationship management.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and digital partnership strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4β5 years of practical experience in influencer marketing, partnerships marketing, brand collaborations, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer engagement, creator partnerships, audience growth, and campaign management strategies.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, strategic partnerships, or online brand collaborations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to teach marketing concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring marketing professionals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience facilitating workshops, corporate training, or mentorship programs.
- Background in content creation, brand strategy, or social media management.
- Familiarity with influencer analytics tools, affiliate platforms, CRM systems, or partnership tracking tools.
- Experience working with creators, startups, agencies, or online communities.
