Our client, a fast-growing educational and technology organization, is seeking an experienced Influencer / Affiliate Manager (Instructor) to train and mentor students on influencer marketing, affiliate marketing strategies, brand partnerships, and audience engagement techniques.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with hands-on experience in influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, and digital brand growth who is passionate about teaching and sharing practical industry knowledge with aspiring marketers and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Teach students how to build, manage, and grow influencer and affiliate partnerships effectively.
- Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world marketing insights with students.
- Guide students on content promotion, audience engagement, brand collaborations, and campaign execution.
- Develop instructional materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on exercises.
- Train students on affiliate program management, referral marketing, and conversion strategies.
- Teach social media growth strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to students on personal branding and digital marketing best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, live demonstrations, and interactive learning activities.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, and digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4β5 years of practical experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, influencer engagement, and online audience growth.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, or digital brand collaborations.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain marketing concepts clearly and engage diverse learners effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop practical marketing skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training, coaching, or facilitating workshops in marketing-related fields.
- Background in content creation, personal branding, or creator partnerships.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or online communities.
