UMass Global is seeking a dynamic, full-time faculty member to join the School of Business and Professional Studies as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Project and Operations Management. This is a 12-month position.
UMass Global’s full-time faculty responsibilities include content development, teaching, student mentoring, and institutional service. While research activities are supported, they are not required. All positions are non-tenure track and are typically hired at the rank of Assistant Professor; higher rank may be considered based on qualifications. Position Overview
The faculty role includes designing and managing courses within the Project and Operations Management portfolio, teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses, mentoring students, and adjunct faculty members, and advancing the school’s portfolio-related strategic goals in collaboration with the Dean.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $89,590 - $105,400 annually. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
