FLSA STATUS: Exempt

and completion:
Elementary Teachers will earn $25 for each child who passes a semester course with a 70% or higher, and $8.50 for each child who makes 5% or higher. If a student transfers in after the beginning of the school year, the transfer grade does not count toward payment, it is only what the student does in the virtual course after the transfer that constitutes payment with the above conditions.
