We’re hiring a Customer Success contractor at $7,000 per month to help our customers get real results with Senja and stay with us for the long term.
This role is unique because you will be our first full-time success hire, help us deliver audacious goals, and work across the full customer lifecycle:
- From first contact and education
- Through onboarding and concierge migration
- Into ongoing success, expansion, renewals and partnerships

Goals
Here’s what we want you to to do. We share this to be transparent about what the role looks like in action.
- Increase our customer activation and free → paid rates
- Migrate up to 8 customers a week from other tools and manual testimonial collection
- Send 10 - 15 success emails a day
- Connect to 5 creator educators a day
- Producing multiple educational assets a week
- Maintain strong visibility of your progress (to-dos, in progress, blocked) in Linear
- Follow and update the Success SOPs as you go
What you’ll be doing
What is unique about this role is it’s ‘full stack’ and requires building relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
✅ Senja is a proof tool. You will use our customer stories, testimonials and case studies to drive action.
Educating customers
- Help customers understand how to get real value from Senja
- Run 1:1 and small group education sessions and office hours
- Create clear Tellas, guides, and templates to unblock customers quickly
Concierge migration
- Offer migration for high-value customers moving from other tools, or manual collection
- Audit their current setup and design a simple migration plan
- Personally import, clean, and organise their testimonials in Senja
- Make switching to Senja feel effortless and low-risk
Permission-based outbound sales
- Reach out to high-intent leads and existing users in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Use permission-based outreach to start conversations, understand their goals, and offer value first
- When it makes sense, make clear, honest offers that help them get more out of Senja (upgrades, expansions, new use cases)
Report and document
- Track key activities and outcomes across your customers
- Send regular updates with progress to goals
- Document what works in SOPs so we can turn it into repeatable playbooks

- You use Senja (or a similar tool) to collect testimonials for your own business or projects
- So you’re familiar with our product and the space
- You enjoy speaking with customers daily and turning conversations into clear actions
- We need to leverage relationships to scale our business

Compensation
- Full time, 5 days a week
- $7,000 per month + profit share
- $2000 professional dev budget
- Paid monthly within 48 hours of invoice
- Note: you are required to be available 3 hours/day in GMT/BST
