Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our Colorado team as a 1099 contractor . This role offers flexibility — with remote evaluations and optional in-person opportunities across the state — and compensation is paid per completed evaluation or at a negotiated hourly rate.
This position also carries major growth potential , with the opportunity to transition into a salaried leadership role, help build out a diagnostics division, and shape clinical operations in a fast-growing ABA organization.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations (telehealth or in-person)
- Write comprehensive, clinically sound diagnostic reports
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to support timely service launches
- Ensure quick report turnaround so families can begin ABA therapy efficiently
Requirements
- PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology (required)
- Active Colorado psychologist license (required)
- Experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (required)
- Familiarity with ADOS-2, DSM-5 criteria, and differential diagnosis
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting families
