Purpose Summary
The Advanced Specialist serves as a primary liaison between Pearson Virtual Schools (PVS) and partner schools, providing expert guidance and operational support across Student Services programming. Operating at a Professional Individual Contributor level, the Advanced Specialist independently manages a defined portfolio of schools, applies sound professional judgment to moderately complex situations, and contributes to the consistent, compliant delivery of Student Services aligned to regulatory expectations and organizational standards
This role plays a critical part in delivering the Student Services Value Components , helping schools meet student needs, reduce compliance risk, and strengthen program quality in a virtual environment.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, and location.
The full-time salary range for this role is $7 5,000 – $90,000 annually.
This position is eligible for Pearson’s annual incentive program. Information on benefits can be found here .
