Our team: You will join a multidisciplinary team that builds and evolves educational products for print and digital. We partner closely with Editorial, Pedagogy, UX, and Operations to ensure strong visual consistency, high production quality, and efficient workflows—helping bring learning experiences to life for different audiences and regions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Advanced Specialist, Graphic Designer to support the development, adaptation, and visual evolution of educational products across print and digital formats. In this role, you will customize existing collections for different clients and learning contexts, ensure files are technically ready for print, and help create visual environments that enable the migration of content from print to digital. You will collaborate closely with Editorial, Pedagogy, UX, and Operations to deliver consistent, high-quality design at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and customize existing editorial collections for different clients, regions, and pedagogical needs.
  • Create and organize editorial layouts for print and digital materials.
  • Prepare and review files for graphic production, ensuring technical quality for printing (color profiles, formats, bleeds, specs, and best material usage).
  • Support the transformation of print-first content into digital learning experiences.
  • Build and maintain templates, graphic element libraries, and visual systems; run visual/technical quality checks; and keep production files and specifications organized across print, digital publishing, and internal archiving—continuously improving workflows across design, print production, and digital development.

Required skills and experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, Graphic Production, or a related field.
  • Experience with editorial design and graphic production.
  • Experience preparing files for print (prepress), including specifications such as bleeds, formats, and color management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat).
  • Strong visual organization and attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams; and advanced English (reading and communication).
