Advanced Associate, Sales Excellence, 18 month Fixed Term Contract position
About the role : We are currently looking for an Advanced Associate, Sales Excellence join our team. As an Advanced Associate in Sales Excellence, you will be responsible for being the enhanced support for large IT customers in Germany and Italy for Exam Voucher transactions. This role is responsible for working with internal teams and systems to ensure orders are being processed and invoiced in a timely manner, working with customers to setup accounts, respond to questions/concerns, monitor key order metrics, and complete some accounting monitoring activities. This role is closely aligned with industry relevant titles such as Sales Operations Administrator.
