The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is looking for adjunct faculty to teach in our undergraduate Nursing program. You will provide high-quality academic experiences and support students as they work toward their educational goals. Online faculty members work collaboratively in a supportive academic environment, partnering with student advising and the academic team to ensure that each student has support and resources they need to be successful.
As an adjunct in the online nursing program, you'll teach students critical skills and competencies, including evidence-based care, health promotion, disease prevention and leveraging technology to enhance their clinical and professional development.

Facilitating Learning and Teaching Innovation in Nursing Education-
In this course, students explore the use of teaching and learning assessment strategies for nurse educators. Emphasis is placed on application of evidence-based practice to enhance student learning in clinical, didactic, and online learning environments. Students will examine various teaching and learning methods, including using innovative education technologies. Topics in this course include feedback strategies, test construction and item analysis, and developing and using rubrics.

Compensation
The standard compensation for courses is $2,200 per 8-week undergraduate course and $2,500 per 10-week graduate course. Actual pay is determined at the time of course assignment based on discipline.Exceptional benefits (because youβre exceptional)
