Our regionally accredited University is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. Opportunity at a Glance
The Admissions Service Center Representative supports Chamberlain University’s admission teams by performing a wide variety of activities helping prospective students in their enrollment process for all of Chamberlain University programs. Supporting Chamberlain’s Omni Channel Approach to contact, the role includes answering inbound calls and/or making outbound calls in a call center environment. With the support of the Assistant Director and Director, you will participate in ongoing trainings for the admissions department, staying up to date on policy and procedural changes, as well as participate in onboarding and training of new admissions representatives throughout the department. This entry level position is the first level of the Admissions Service Center team.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.95 and $23.65. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
