Our mission is to enable equitable, high-quality, and cost-effective district managed tutoring for school districts of all sizes. You can be part of our unique SaaS start-up that integrates with schools’ existing tech infrastructure and instructional tools to enable school districts and other student-serving organizations to provide equitable access to high quality, flexible, and targeted student support.

What will you do as an Onboarding Specialist?

• Passionate about being detail oriented? You will create client organization accounts with appropriate features enabled for multiple types of schools and learning organizations.
• Love to collaborate? You will work with multiple internal and external teams to ensure the best possible levels of customer service and continual improvement.
• Do you enjoy moving fast? You will work with multiple projects at one time, so organization is key

What you will need to be successful here:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-focused role that combined business experience and technical acumen
• A customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
• Excellent project management and communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple simultaneous projects organized
• Resourceful self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and ownership in team culture and results
• Able to work 9am-6pm Eastern from your home office
• A passion for Littera’s mission 

What would be great to have:

• Experience in educational technology is a bonus
• Prior startup experience is a plus.
