Job Description

Instructor Supervisor / Lead Instructor is responsible for the delivery of education, along with the recruitment and supervision of instructors. They will provide subject matter expertise that can be shared both with instructors and students. Additionally, they will look for opportunities to develop and improve our live and on-demand classroom offerings with the goal of being best in class.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the communication and outreach for all instructors.
  • Work with School and Product Managers on the standardization of live online delivery.
  • Groom instructional staff to effectively refine our current live online and on-demand course offerings.
  • Identify opportunities and lead efforts to increase productivity and improve the performance of the collective instructional staff.
  • Coordinate and work to communicate staff and student feedback to content creation and subject matter experts.
  • Communicate with and support students in their education efforts.
  • Identify and assist in supporting important relationships with organizations and leaders that regularly recruit people into the industry that need licensing or continuing education.
  • Collaborate with instructors for the collection of content feedback.
  • Analyze instructor evaluations and connect with instructors (and students) for feedback.
  • Work with the School Managers on the development of enhanced instructor evaluation techniques, including auditing of classes.
  • Collaborate with content management on content updates as needed.
  • Validate payroll approval for all part-time instructors.
  • Teach as needed.
  • Assist School Manager/Director in B2B outreach efforts including site visits, trade show appearances, and relationship building activities.



Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of Industry experience in real estate
  • Real Estate License, State required experience or education to qualify as an instructor
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology
  • Adaptability to new teaching methods and alteration in course materials as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills (live online and video) and approachability
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet state regulatory requirements for real estate instructors
  • Strong presentation and teaching skills

The salary range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour.
