Instrumental in ensuring the product meets the current needs of customers while remaining compliant with minimal downtime. Development of new features on the front-end and back-end of our medical simulation system and contributing to the design and implementation of our next generation product.



Primary/Key Responsibilities


  • Service and support existing customer level 2 and level 3 tickets which include debugging and diagnosing issues
  • Remediation and patching fixes for customer issues
  • Work with teams to understand/document current medical simulation system and identify non-compliant and inefficient modules
  • Service and support internal customers which include IHP sales, product, customer service, operations, billing and accounts teams, providing customized reports, datasets, fixes and updated features where necessary
  • Development of new accessible features on the front-end of our medical simulation system
  • Development of new features and infrastructure on the beck-end of our medical simulation system
  • Contributing to design and code reviews
  • Work with teams to monitor systems


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in computer science-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years experience in full-stack development to include the following levels of concurrent experience: 2 years of backend experience in any language, preferably in node.js, java, ruby; 2 years of frontend experience in react or angular; 1 year experience working in cloud-based hosted services (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Ability to thoroughly understand all the i-Human Patient products from a technical, deployment and user perspective.
  • Highly creative and innovative perspectives to advance our products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to garner support and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to juggle ad hoc requests in addition to the day to day development of long term projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer focus and support.

  • 1 year AWS experience
