This pooled position is for part-time instructors for the online MA in Organizational Leadership. New instructors are required to complete a self-paced orientation course for asynchronous online instructors. You must be based in the United States to apply.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare, adapt, and publish new and existing online Canvas courses
- Ensure activities and assessments develop the competency-based outcomes for the course
- Facilitate student engagement with course content, peers, and the instructor throughout the duration of the course
- Provide constructive and timely feedback to students on discussion posts and assignments
- Support students’ career goals through advising and mentorship
Pay range: Affiliate faculty are compensated $7,500 for a 3.0 credit graduate-level course.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
- Excellent teaching skills, especially in an online asynchronous learning environment
- Subject matter expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices
- Understanding of the needs and goals of adult learners
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in a higher education setting
- Knowledge of Canvas or other learning management system
- Willingness and ability to comply with Institute policies
Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in organizational leadership, organizational studies, human resources management, or related field required, doctorate preferred
- At least two years’ experience teaching in a higher education institution, preferably online
Physical Requirements/Environment
- Instructor must be based in the US and must have valid work authorization. We do not issue work visas for this part-time position.
